Usually, the family of the deceased will contact our funeral company to initiate commencement of the funeral arrangements. Where appropriate, a time will be made to transfer the deceased into our care and an appointment made to meet with the family at a convenient time and location.
At Bowra & O’Dea, we believe in having one point of contact throughout the arrangements, to make it easier for your needs to be understood and carried out. If you wish, you may also choose to have your funeral consultant be one of the staff on the funeral.
